Brianne Tankesley

Brianne became interested in the violin when she was six years old and, after begging for months, began taking lessons. In middle school, she joined the Chattanooga Symphony Youth Orchestra for three years. She also played in the school orchestra at the Center of Creative Arts. Since becoming home schooled, she has been in two Shakespeare plays, volunteered at the Discover Museum for a year and a half and at Jones Observatory for half a year and participated in Mock Trial. She has won writing awards and attended a writer’s workshop at Columbia University. Brianne currently has a job working with a disabled child.
